The Graham Building is a 237,000 sf boutique Class A office building in the heart of Center City Philadelphia that is owned by an affiliate of Method. Method successfully repositioned the building in 2015 by making significant common area upgrades, creating a new design standard for tenant spaces, adding the Pipeline coworking space and incorporating significant energy efficiency measures that reduced energy consumption by 30%. The Building is 97% leased to a dynamic base of tenants.
