Executive Team
Randall T. Cook
CEO / Co-Founder
Randall co-founded Method Co. in 2012 to create singular, authentic hotels, apartment hotels, and restaurants throughout the United States. Under his vision and leadership, the firm has delivered a number of award-winning hospitality projects including ROOST, the high-design apartment hotel concept and Wm. Mulherin’s Son’s, the urban Italian restaurant and hotel. From a very early age Randy was interested in real estate. By combining his passions for unique buildings, placemaking, and urban regeneration, he quickly realized that Method could create a lot of value by seamlessly integrating hospitality operations with quality real estate investments. The result: iconic destinations that are lasting and special.
David Grasso

Daniel Olsovsky
Creative Director
On each unique project, Mr. Olsovsky oversees a holistic interior and creative process— conceptualizing and executing the visionary goals of operating teams, investment stakeholders, and development partners. Most notably, though proprietary branding and placemaking, Daniel has played a critical role in the ideation and ultimate success of the award-winning ROOST Apartment Hotel brand, Whyle, Wm. Mulherin’s Sons, and HIROKI. The true differentiation in all Method projects comes from Daniel’s ethos of quality and extreme attention to detail. Morris Adjmi Architects
Morris Adjmi Architects (MA) interprets the forces that shape our cities to design buildings that are both contextual and contemporary. The firm’s team of architects and interior designers is guided by a shared belief that timeless ideas about beauty and harmony can be integrated into the modern built environment, but the expression of those ideas must reflect the way we live today. MA’s collaborative, research-based approach has helped establish the firm as a leader in the revitalization of post-industrial neighborhoods and historic districts with commercial, residential, and cultural projects that are imbued with a distinct sense of place and purpose.
Morris Adjmi established MA in 1997 following a 13-year collaboration with Pritzker Prize-winning architect Aldo Rossi. On that strong foundation, he built a practice inspired by the arts and by new technologies that is recognized for its thoughtful engagement with context, creative use of materials, and sophisticated designs.

Richard Stokes
Stokes Architecture + Design
Unlike many firms, Stokes Architecture + Design takes a humanistic approach to each project. The nature of their work is very experiential, so they stay open, engaged and nimble. That way, they’re able to build what individually suits a space or place. Some firms are out to build their vision, but hoteliers and restaurateurs go to Stokes Architecture to build something together. Their team pushes the creativity and holds onto their passion for the details while maintaining an open and engaged dialogue with their clients.
